Hey guys, great thread! I think HDR/Enfuse is the most economical way to produce better images and stand out from the pack.As Zach mentions, trying to light a room takes a very long time, especially for a $150-200 tour. It just doesn't make sense. But HDR/Exposure Fusion can produce a huge improvement for little additional time (maybe 2-3 minutes per image).I have actually just posted a blog post…

Apinstein: Competing with video tours submitted to U-Tube — We will be adding a "TourBuzz -> Video" converter at some point in the future. We have to wait until the new player is finalized to achieve this. The video will essentially be a "video slideshow" of all the panos and stills.Alan
Steveknievel: HDR All The Way — I use 3 exposures (if there is a lot of light -2, -1, and 0 or not enough light I adjust the exposures to suit). Then I import them all into lightroom to set white balance for each image with auto import. I then export out to a folder and run P-matix on all photos. I then stitch them together for the pan. They turn out great. No more flash hot spots, even exposure throughout, less shadows in…
Ok360Tours: Competing with video tours submitted to U-Tube — You can create a video slideshow through one of the rendering programs and then post it to youtube. Picassa3 from Google will render a video in HD quality (1440x720 or 1920x1080) and you can upload directly from the program to Youtube. Try it out, it's decent and free. There are better more professional ways to do it with Final Cut Pro and the such but they can be expensive and time consuming…
Ok360Tours: HDR All The Way — I think "guest" is half blind. The first image doesn't compare to the final. It looks great zach, keep up the good work. The claim by mysterous "guest" that HDR in "p'matix always looks over-processed and grainy" is bull. True, to have a good result from the program you need some self control or else you'll get those tell-tale signs, but I don't see much or any of that in Zach's images. I…
Htphotographics: Competing with video tours submitted to U-Tube — One big objection I have is that realtors now think they have it all wrapped up with a local company making videos of properties and posting to U-Tube. Even though it costs twice as much to do this - it seems to be the latest technology and making panos seem like 'old hat'. What can we tell them? Is there a way to post Virtual Tours to U-Tube?
Htphotographics: Opening Flash Panos in Vista — Has anybody had trouble with potential viewers not being able to open the Flash files on Vista Operating System? I have someone who can open neither the QT files I send her - nort the link to my TourBuzz images. What can I tell her? Thanks, Hamish
